all in all, an ideal teacher is one who is kind, encouraging and helpful to his students. he grows, learns and improves himself along with his students.

理想的老師可以是任何一位從事教學工作的人，不論他年輕或年長，也不論他是高是矮是胖是瘦。

但理想的老師一定要熱情，他不應教他不感興趣的東西。他應有點演員的素質(zhì)，應不怕流露自己的感情，表達自己的愛憎。他必須愛學生并尊重他們。然而他也必須尊重自己并為自己的工作而感到自豪。否則，他就不可能尊重他的學生。理想的老師應理解自己的學生并能與他們建立聯(lián)系。他應把學生看成是有獨立個性的人，并了解他們之間的差別。他還必須知道如何鼓勵每位學生去自我發(fā)展和成長。
