由浙江大學(xué)牽頭，清華大學(xué)、香港大學(xué)和中國(guó)疾病預(yù)防控制中心為核心單位聯(lián)合組建的“感染性疾病診治協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心”（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“中心”）,匯聚國(guó)內(nèi)外感染病診治領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)勢(shì)力量,開展感染性疾病相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新性研究,以建立國(guó)際領(lǐng)先的感染性疾病學(xué)術(shù)高地為目標(biāo)。中心現(xiàn)設(shè)感染性疾病預(yù)警和防控、感染病原學(xué)、感染病診斷學(xué)、感染病發(fā)病機(jī)制和感染病治療等五個(gè)研究平臺(tái)。根據(jù)中心創(chuàng)新目標(biāo)和任務(wù)，現(xiàn)向全球招聘高層次人才，具體如下：

1、一級(jí)崗位PI：感染病診治領(lǐng)域國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)大師

崗位任務(wù):

1)制定和把握研究平臺(tái)的總方向，提出具有戰(zhàn)略性、前瞻性、創(chuàng)造性的發(fā)展思路，帶領(lǐng)本研究方向5-7年內(nèi)達(dá)到國(guó)際一流水平。

2)組織協(xié)調(diào)高層次、高水平的國(guó)際合作和交流；牽頭舉辦上述領(lǐng)域全球性的國(guó)際會(huì)議。

3)組織協(xié)調(diào)五個(gè)研究平臺(tái)間的“協(xié)同創(chuàng)新”。

4)推薦和遴選二、三級(jí)崗位PI，指導(dǎo)和幫助其組建團(tuán)隊(duì)。

2、二級(jí)崗位PI：感染病診治領(lǐng)域具有國(guó)際影響力的專家學(xué)者

崗位任務(wù):

1)牽頭研究平臺(tái)的科研教學(xué)活動(dòng)和學(xué)術(shù)梯隊(duì)建設(shè)，根據(jù)平臺(tái)研究方向和任務(wù)，組建并帶領(lǐng)學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)開展工作。

2)面向國(guó)家重大戰(zhàn)略需求和國(guó)際科學(xué)與技術(shù)前沿，組織和承擔(dān)國(guó)家重大科研項(xiàng)目，在本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域開展原創(chuàng)性研究和關(guān)鍵共性技術(shù)研究，取得具有國(guó)際影響力的重大標(biāo)志性成果（比如，研究成果發(fā)表在Nature, Science, Cell, NEJM, Lancet等頂尖期刊上）。

3)協(xié)助一級(jí)崗位PI開展五個(gè)研究平臺(tái)間的“協(xié)同創(chuàng)新”，組織國(guó)際合作和交流。

4)為三級(jí)崗位PI開展科研和教學(xué)工作提供指導(dǎo)和幫助。

3、三級(jí)崗位PI：感染病診治領(lǐng)域杰出中青年人才

崗位任務(wù):

1)根據(jù)平臺(tái)研究方向和任務(wù)，組建學(xué)術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)，指導(dǎo)青年教師、技術(shù)人員。

2)積極承擔(dān)國(guó)家重大科研項(xiàng)目，在本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域開展原創(chuàng)性研究和關(guān)鍵共性技術(shù)研究，力爭(zhēng)取得重大標(biāo)志性成果（比如每年發(fā)表1篇以上影響因子>10的論文）。

3)講授本學(xué)科核心課程，培養(yǎng)研究生。

4)積極開展平臺(tái)內(nèi)和平臺(tái)間的“協(xié)同創(chuàng)新”，參與國(guó)際合作與交流。

. 中心學(xué)術(shù)委員會(huì)將對(duì)應(yīng)聘者材料進(jìn)行審核與遴選，并在必要時(shí)組織面試。根據(jù)入選者資歷與水平，提供與國(guó)際接軌的年薪與福利，安排相應(yīng)的研究啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)。具體待遇面議。

Principal Investigator positions available at the Collaborative Innovation Center for Diagnosis and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, Zhejiang University，China

The newly-formed Collaborative Innovation Center for Diagnosis and Treatment of Infectious Diseases, with Zhejiang University being the coordinator, Tsinghua University, the University of Hong Kong and Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention being the core members, has gathered national and international resources and talents in the field of diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases. The Center aspires to become one of the world-wide leaders in the field of infectious diseases by conducting cutting-edge research and developing innovative technologies. The Center is currently focusing on five research directions: early warning and prevention of infectious diseases, etiology of infectious diseases, diagnosis of infectious diseases, pathogenesis and molecular mechanisms of infectious diseases, and treatment of infectious diseases. It is now seeking for top scientists globally at the following three levels:

Level I Principal Investigators: world-renowned leaders in the above research directions, with titles such as distinguished full professors at a world-class university，academicians of CAS, CAE or equivalent;

Level II Principal Investigators: well-established experts with titles such as full professors at a world-class university,“One-Thousand-Talents Program” scholars or equivalent;

Level III Principal Investigators: outstanding young talents with titles such as associate professors（tenured）at a world-class university，“Cheung Kong Scholars” or equivalent.
